Beautiful secure hotel in ideal location easy to walk to beach. Standard apartment with good facilities. Very clean pool, parking under ground. No charge for a laundry room, wake up service and ironing too. Location short walk to shops, all in walking distance.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Wonderful pool area with barbeques, comfortable space to work and relax, well-stocked kitchen, friendly staff, perfect hot water pressure.

Our apartment was very spacious and had great views. We were close to the beach and could just walk down.

It was a little further from Surfers Paradise than we realised.

1) The easy access to pacific motorway and all the other gold coast activities. 2) The view.

The shabbiness of the room. (The rug in the lounge was disgusting and the paint was flaking off the walls in several places). A very "80's" feel about the whole place.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel located right on the beach. The location was absolutely perfect, with the hotel set upon a beautiful beach that provided breathtaking views. The service was top-notch, with amenities such as dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance offered. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, a balcony, a sitting area, and a terrace, providing a comfortable and relaxing space. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient feature, allowing me to stay connected. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for enjoying a meal in the fresh air.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The facilities were fantastic and the staff, under the new manager, were exceptional.

2 bedroom apartment was really spacious. Had everything we needed for a week's stay. Fantastic location. Next to a brilliant playground.

The pool was really cold, but apparently it's going to be heated in the future which is great.

extremely comfy bed, clean bathroom and an air conditioning, a balcony and a lounge area in the room.

We enjoyed our Easter vacation at the hotel. The heated pool was great for a dip in the water and the available kitchen facilities were excellent for our family. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the airport and shopping centers. On top of that, we loved being near the beach, which offered a beautiful view and a wonderful place to relax.

The cleanliness was below our expectations. The apartment needed to be tidied up more thoroughly, and some essentials were missing, like washcloths in the bathroom and rubbish bags in the kitchen.

The room was perfectly clean with air conditioning, I felt comfortable there.

Bathrooms,especially showers need to be upgraded. Shower door came off in the ensuite on first night.Lamps in lounge and second bedroom need to be replaced as connections very loose (one in lounge not working at all)

our stay was decent. The complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle were much appreciated and convenient. The hotel's location was convenient with many restaurants and shops nearby, plus a beautiful beach just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the pool area which was well-maintained.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, causing us discomfort during our stay.

The view, location and pool were all very good.

modern rooms, sea views, great pool, hot spa, secure, clean and comfortable.

If you want nightlife ie bars etc you would have to go into surfers or coolangatta which you can get to by bus, or hire a car for your stay, I had two teenage girls with me who wanted a bit more nightlife, and I was fine with the surf club which was just a 10 min stroll down the beach.
